Category 6 for dependable performance for general building Installations. With a bandwidth of 250 MHz and support for 1 Gbps up to 100 m, Cat 6 cabling offers strong performance for:

It’s an ideal choice for electrical contractors delivering standardised, reliable installations across multiple building types.
Category 6A has double the bandwidth at 500 MHz making it ideal for high speed, future-proof data installations. UC Connect Cat 6A supports 10 Gbps up to 100 m and our extended reach cable allows for runs of up to 120m, making it ideal for applications with long horizontal runs and high-traffic networks
It is available with multiple shielding options and Low Smoke Halogen-Free (LSHF) sheaths. It is also fully backwards compatible with Cat 6 and Cat 5e systems.
Cat 7 and Cat 8 are high-performance copper cables for high-speed applications such as data centres.
Cat 7 offers robust shielding and 10 Gbps performance for commercial and data-centre environments where noise resistance is critical. Cat 8 supports 25/40 Gbps over short distances, making it ideal for switch-to-server links in high-density data centres.
