The Prysmian’s Corporate Governance structure has been drawn from the principles and the recommendations found in the Corporate Governance Code, by which the Company abides. The rules of Corporate Governance are a direct expression of the principles and the procedures that the Prysmian has adopted and undertakes to comply with to ensure effectiveness and transparency in all transactions. Prysmian has implemented this system by drawing up and adopting rules and procedures that regulate the performance of all the Prysmian’s organizational and operational bodies.
