In July Prysmian Group secured a contract from Ørsted Wind Power A/S to provide inter-array submarine cables for the Hornsea 3 offshore wind farm. Located 160 km off the Yorkshire coast, UK, this project will supply renewable electricity to over 3 million homes. In August Prysmian Group launched a new section on their website providing a one-stop-shop for information on Prysmian's connectivity products and solutions. In September Prysmian Group attended Connected Britain. The day featured a talk from Carlos Lopez about the Connectivity range and how it is benefiting our customers along with insights from Philippe Vanhille on the main stage panel discussion.
